PRODUCTS / INSTRUMENTATION ACCESSORIES

Description:

The LV-225 Lock Valve is designed to maintain a pneumatic positioner equipped control valve in last position upon loss of instrument signal.  The LV-225 is compatible with most pneumatic valve positioners, I/P Transducers and pneumatic controllers.  The LV-225 may be factory installed by VRG on control instrumentation assemblies or easily retrofit to existing installations.

Description:

The NVD No-Vent Device eliminates venting emissions from VRG Controls double-acting control instrumentation when the corresponding control valve is at full-open and full-closed positions. This is ideal for Monitor and Standby Regulators the normally remain in full-open or full-closed positions.  The NVD eliminates emissions at both ends of control valve travel without adjustment.  The NVD is the primary choice to eliminate emissions for all VRG Controls double-acting instrumentation. The NVD is compatible with all VRG Controls double acting control instrumentation.

Description:

VB Volume Boosters provide high capacity output when paired with VPC Controllers and VGP Valve Gas Positioners. Volume Boosters may be utilized in conjunction with double acting and single acting devices to provide accelerated speed in open and closing directions. The Volume Booster is typically a necessary accessory with large bore control valves where high volume displacement actuators are incorporated.

Description:

The Model 20 Booster is a pneumatic device capable of high flow and exhaust capacity. This device uses a force balance system to control the movement of the supply and exhaust valves.  At set point, the force due to signal pressure that acts on the top of the Upper Diaphragm balances with the force due to output pressure acting on the bottom of

the Lower Diaphragm.

Description:

90 / 91 Pressure Selector Relay Model 90/91 Pressure Selector Relay is designed to select the  lower/higher of two signal pressures to provide a continuous output pressure to a control device. Pressure Selector Relays are ideal companion to VPC Valve Pilot Controllers to provide an override function.

Description:

CP1500 Calibration Pump CP-1500 Calibration Pump provides ability to raise/lower trapped sensing pressure to facilitate calibration of pneumatic instruments. The CP1500 does not require any outside power source and works by compressing trapped pressure. The fine adjustment capability ensures precise pressure loading of control devices for calibration and testing purposes.
